CREATOR SUCCESS MANAGER

The Role:
We're looking for a Creator Success Manager who’s equal parts strategist, hype squad, and connector. You’ll help us find the right creators to bring into our roster, support our current talent with smart audits and creative ideas, and stay top of mind with nurturing the best brand partners in the industry.
You will wear a lot of hats and focus on one over another, based on our teams’ needs…
Strategic Creator Growth & Outreach:
Identify and pitch standout creators who align with our agency’s voice and values
Coordinate outreach campaigns to recruit new talent
Research emerging trends and talent across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, etc.)
Social & Comms Support:
Assist with our agency’s Substack, LinkedIn, and newsletters with content ideas and scheduling
Help highlight talent wins and insights across our own social touchpoints
Occasionally support on social and newsletter creative (caption writing, layouts, etc.)
Talent Support & Strategy
Provide tailored feedback to creators through content audits and performance reviews
Develop simple creative strategies across social platforms
Help execute seasonal brand building moments for talent (launches, refreshes, milestone planning)
Brand Relationship Management:
Assist with brand outreach to position our creators for ongoing opportunities
Monitor brand trends and content needs to proactively pitch creator fits
Track brand feedback, campaign updates, and maintain our agency’s top-of-mind presence
Who You Are:
You’ve had 2-4 years of experience in the creator and/or creative space
You’re organized, proactive, and great at managing multiple moving parts
You have strong instincts for social content and what makes a creator stand out
You understand both the creative side and the business side of being a creator
You write well, your emails are clear, and your captions are clever. You do not rely on ChatGPT to think for you.
You’re not afraid to approach someone with a great pitch or idea
You have not been an influencer and have no interest in becoming one
BONUS POINTS:
Experience working in PR, talent management, influencer marketing, or creator support
Familiarity with platforms like Monday, FloDesk, Substack, Instagram Insights, TikTok analytics
A love for newsletters, brand storytelling, and creative planning
