The Gig:
We're looking for a Social Media & Growth Manager to help us level up — on socials, with new creators, and with brand partners who are dying to work with our roster. You'll get your hands dirty (in the best way) leading our content and building our creator family through smart outreach. Think of it as part content mastermind, part creator recruiter, part hype girl.

You Will:

  • 🎯 Lead strategy, creative, and execution for our Instagram, LinkedIn, and Substack

  • 🎬 Edit short-form videos like a pro using mobile apps (CapCut, Instagram, whatever’s hot rn).

  • 🎨 Creatively write to spark all the feels that set us apart, bringing value, as the thought leader we are.

  • 🔥 Strategically recruit new high-quality creators to our roster and make sure they feel like family.

  • 📈 Be a strategic part of the team in growing our social presence, creator roster, and our reputation as that agency everyone wants to be with.

You Are:

  • A social media savant who gets why one post blows up and another flops.

  • Deeply familiar with creator culture, influencer marketing, and branding.

  • Creative but also strategic — you’re not just posting to post, you’re playing chess while everyone else plays checkers.

  • Able to create and self-edit video content quickly on mobile (CapCut is basically your playground).

  • Canva fluent, witty AF with copy, and a natural storyteller.

  • Not afraid of DMs, cold emails, follow-ups, and making new friends across the creator and brand world.

  • Always down to go to an event and grow our network with the right people.

  • Basically allergic to boring content and boring people.

  • You’ve worked in a creative agency before.

  • You already have a vibe-y portfolio of social content you’ve made.

  • You’ve grown a brand’s social account from "meh" to "must-follow."
