COORDINATOR
Location: fully remote // Preferred Denver, Chicago, or NYC based
We’re looking for a Talent Coordinator to support our growing roster of creators and help power our talent team behind the scenes. This is a junior-level role designed for someone who’s passionate about the creator economy, hyper-organized, detail-obsessed, and excited to learn the ropes of digital talent management.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Creator Talent Managers to keep things running smoothly >> from organizing brand deals and tracking contracts to communicating with clients and helping talent stay on top of deliverables. You'll get hands-on exposure to all aspects of digital talent representation and help our creators shine while growing your career in a fast-paced, creative agency.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it…
Support the talent team on day-to-day creator management
Coordinate campaigns: from briefs to deadlines to content delivery
Track brand deal deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
Organize and update creator decks, rate sheets, calendars, and contact lists
Help prep pitch decks, media kits, rate sheets, and client-facing docs
Sit in on brand calls, provide creative ideas, and keep momentum moving
Communicate professionally with talent, clients, and agency partners
Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending, what’s working, and who’s next
Jump in to support activations, events, and special projects as they come up
Ok, now the real tea…
1 - 2 years of experience in a support, coordinator, or internship role (entertainment, influencer marketing, talent agency, brand partnerships, or PR a plus)
Are familiar with creators, influencer marketing, and social platforms (IG, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Confident working in G-Suite, Slack, and basic project management tools
Have amazing communication skills (you write clean, clear, confident emails)
Love systems, structure, and staying on top of it all
Obsessively organized and great with follow-through
Are curious, collaborative, and hungry to grow in the creator space
Are down to jump in, figure it out, and make things better as you go
Must live in, and be able to legally work, in the United States
Must be able to work fully remote with reliable internet
Access to a major airport
