MANAGER

Location: fully remote // ideally Denver or East Coast based

The Talent Manager is a critical role in supporting the growth of our talent management agency and the impact of our business on the influencer marketing space. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting, guiding, and managing a group of creators and influencers while building a 1:1 relationship with each of them. You’ll also negotiate their brand partnerships, build strong relationships with new and existing brand and agency parters, and manage campaigns simultaneously.

You’ll also have the chance to provide creative and strategic input to the Talent Management team on industry updates and trends. This is an amazing opportunity for a career-minded individual to grow and learn in a fast paced, exciting industry, with a hands-on team!

This is not a role for someone looking to be an influencer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a group of influencers and manage their brand partnerships

  • Communicate daily with talent, brands, and agencies

  • Negotiate campaign deals and manage campaign calendars

  • Build strong relationships with talent, along with brand and agency partners

  • Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and trends across social media platforms

  • Strategize weekly with talent management team

Job Requirements:

  • Strong emotional intelligence, natural intuition, doesn’t get overwhelmed easily

  • 2-4 years of work experience in the digital space: account management, customer success, brand agency, social media company, consumer brand, marketing startup, or similar environment

  • Enjoys being organized with high attention to detail

  • Top-notch communication, excellent writing skills–exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Likes negotiating and thinking of creative solutions

  • Loves responsiveness and working efficiently

  • Self-motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment

  • Strong time management skills and prioritizing important tasks

  • General understanding and interest in influencer marketing

  • Positive, optimistic mindset and friendly personality

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Must live in the United States

  • Must be able to work fully remote

  • Access to a major airport

Extra Points:

  • Hands-on experience supporting and/or running influencer marketing campaigns or working with talent in other industries

  • Experience using Google Docs, Slack, Canva, photo/video editing, or project management tools
