The Creator Talent Manager with IKONICFOX is an exciting role for someone who loves managing the details, building strong relationships, and can think 10 steps ahead. Salary range (based on skill set + experience): $75k - $95k + potential for bonus

Ok, the real tea (what you'd do)...

  • Oversee a badass group of creators and manage their brand partnerships

  • Manage logistics with the many moving parts of campaigns and talent schedules

  • Negotiate campaign deals and communicate daily with talent, brands, and agencies

  • Build strong relationships with talent, along with brand and agency partners

  • Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and trends across social media

  • Have a voice in shaping the creator economy, your career, and our team!

What makes you stand out...

  • 2-4 years of direct work experience in influencer marketing or ad agency

  • Loves interacting with talent and understands the influencer industry

  • Strong EQ and chameleon communicator

  • ‘Attention to Detail’ should have been your middle name

  • Reliable and responsible human being

  • Doesn’t sweat the small stuff, unless in a workout class

  • Delivering ahead of schedule = delivering on time

  • Never uses the word “unfortunately” - there is always a way to find a solution ;)

  • Self-motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment

  • Access to a major airport

  • Bachelors degree

  • This is not a commission-based role

Bonus Points:

  • Experience executing best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns from a top ad agency

  • Experience negotiating influencer deals
